The Modern Industrial Park is characterized by Standard design factories and Stand alone units with Assured Power & Water Supply, Warehousing & Logistics Facilities, Telecom Infrastructure, Sewerage & Effluent Treatment systems. Its Commercial Zone consists of Offices, Retail Outlets, Entertainment cum Recreation Centre and Hotel. The Residential & Social Zones comprise of Row Housing, Medium and High-rise Buildings, Developed Plots for Bungalows. To complement this and provide a support system, a Hospital, School and other Social Infrastructure would be developed.
